When I was a teenager, I fell in love with the varied world of music and as a result I found myself designing flyers, covers of mixtapes and occasionally even real album artwork for friends and the like. The fascination with this tangible craft of aesthetic communication lead me to art school, where I spent 4 years learning the ins and outs of color theory, typography, grid structures, and visual hierarchy. After graduating with honors from Otis College of Art + Design, and with a fresh BA degree in Graphic Design under my belt, I set out to hone my skills in a multitude of industries.
I’ve spent the last 8 years crafting compelling design for varied industries on a variety of mediums, from fashion apparel to marketing print collateral to tech-savy web and even in the blossoming world of smart-phone applications. What drives me is the love of variety within the design world, and the dozens of ways to solve a good communication dilemma.
